Hocus Pocus Whitch’s BreW

Ingredients:

2oz Empress Gin
1oz Blue Curacao
1oz Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
Crushed Ice
*makes 1 cocktail

Directions:

1. Fill glass with crushed ice.
2. Add Blue Curacao and lemon juice. Next add the gin and top
with tonic water.
*Pour all ingredients gently, otherwise drink will not layer. Tip for
a gentle pour: pour liquids over the back of a spoon.
3. Serve and enjoy!

Smoke And Mora Margarita

Ingredients:

2 oz. Tanteo Chipotle Tequila
1 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Nectar
4-5 Blackberries

Optional:
Salt Rim
Blackberry Garnish
*makes 1 cocktail

Directions:

  • Muddle blackberries in a glass. Then add ice.
  • Add tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and ice toa shaker.
  • Shake well and strain into prepared glass.

Apple

Ingredients:

1 oz Apple Juice
1 oz Vodka
Prosecco

Optional:
Apple slice for
garnish

Directions:

  • Add apple juice and vodka to slender glass or
    champagne flute.
  • Top with prosecco, filling glass.
  • Add optional apple slice garnish.

PEANUT BUTTER WHITE RUSSIAN RECIPE​

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Peanut Butter Whiskey
  • 3 oz Kahlua
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream
  • Ice

Optional:

  • Light Corn Syrup
  • Chopped Peanuts (Toasted)
  • Peanut Butter
  • Whipped Cream

Directions:

  • Optional: wet the rim of the glass with syrup. Dab the top of the glass in chopped nuts to coat the rim. Microwave peanut butter then drizzle inside each glass.
  • Add whiskey, Kahlua, and vodka to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
  • Pour into 2 glasses, each with two pieces of ice, and top each glass with 1 oz heavy cream.
  • Optional: top with whipped cream and more chopped nuts.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Christmas Santa Margarita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 ounces Cranberry Juice
  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • 8 ounces Jack Daniels
  • Southern Peach
  • Lime Juice
  • Sugar
  • Black and Gold Self
  • Adhesive Felt

Directions:

  • Cut a 1-inch-wide strip of black felt to wrap around a diameter of cocktail glass. Cut out gold belt to fit over black strip.
  • Dip rim of cocktail glass in lime juice, followed by sugar to stick.
  • Add cranberry juice, tequila, and Jack Daniel’s to glass, stirring gently to combine ingredients.

Winter Wonder Cosmopolitan Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces Vodka
  • 3 ounces Cointreau
  • 2 ounces St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Lime Juice
  • 6 ounces Cranberry Juice
  • Ice
 
Optional:
  • Simple syrup
  • Sugar

Directions:

  • Optional: coat rim in simple syrup and dip in sugar to create sugar rim.
  • Combine vodka, Cointreau, liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice over ice in shaker. Shake and strain into martini glass.
  • Serve and enjoy! Makes 4 cocktails.

Jack Frost Winter Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Part Vodka
  • 1 Part Blue Curacao
  • 1 Part Cream of Coconut
  • 4 Parts Pineapple Juice
  • * Ice (to desired thickness)

Optional:

  • 1 tbsp Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Coconut- Sweetened

Directions:

  • Optional: wet the rim of the glass with syrup. Dab the top of the glass in coconut to coat the rim.
  • Add ice, pineapple juice, vodka, blue curacao, and coconut cream to a blender/food processor. Pulse until smooth (2-3 minutes). *More ice yields a thicker cocktail.
  • Pour into prepared glasses and serve.

Hippie Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cupWatermelon Vodka
  • 1/3 cupMalibu Rum
  • 1/3cup Triple Sec
  • 4 cups Lemonade
  • Ice

Optional:

  • 1-3cups strawberriessliced
  • 1lemon sliced and quartered
  • 1cup raspberries
  • 4sprigs fresh mint

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a pitcher and stir.
  • Optional: Add fruit and mint leaves.

Ingredients:

Cotton Candy Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Andre Peach Champagne
  • Passion Fruit Cotton Candy

Optional:

  • straws

Directions:

  • Chill champagne.
  • Fill glasses with as much cotton candy as you’d like (recommend ½ full).
  • Pour chilled champagne over cotton candy, candy will dissolve.
  • Top each glass with a large piece of cotton candy.

RANCH WATER

Ingredients:

  • 2oz Silver Tequila
  • 2oz Lime Juice
  • ½ oz Orange Liqueur
  • Sparkling Water

Hakuna Matata

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz banana liquer
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice

Optional: orange slice and cherry garnish

*Makes 2 cocktails

Directions:

  1. Add ½ oz grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup to the bottom of each glass, then fill glasses with ice.
  2. Add ¾ oz of each liquor one at a time – spiced rum, banana liquor, and coconut – to each glass.
  3. Top each glass with 2 oz pineapple juice.
  4. Optional: garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

LIMONCELLO MOJITO

Ingredients:

  • 3T lemon juice
  • 2T simple syrup
  • Handful of mint leaves*
  • 5oz white rum
  • 5oz Limoncello
  • 5oz club soda
  • Ice

*Makes 2 cocktails

Directions:

  • Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and half the mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Use a cocktail muddler to mash the mint leaves into the liquid.
  • Add rum, Limoncello, and ice to the shaker. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain, dividing the cocktail equally between two glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with the remaining mint leaves, serve, and enjoy!

PROSECCO Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 3oz blanco tequila
  • 3oz orange liqueur
  • 4oz simple syrup
  • 8oz lime juice
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • Ice

Opional: Salt rimmer and Lime wedges or wheels

*Makes 6 cocktails

Directions:

  • To a large pitcher add the tequila, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  • Optional: dip glass rims in lime juice and salt.
  • Add ice to prepared glasses. Stir cocktail mixture and pour into prepared glasses. Top each glass with Prosecco and stir. Serve and enjoy!

Piña Colada Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 2oz coconut rum
  • 2oz pineapple juice
  • 2T cream of coconut
  • 2t lime juice
  • 4oz club soda
  • Ice

Opional:

Marachino cherries and/or pineapple garnish

Directions:

  • Pulse rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into glass, fill with ice, and top off with club soda or seltzer.
  • Optional: garnish with cherries/pineapple.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 2L Sprite
  • 2C Orange Juice
  • 2C Pineapple Juice

Grocery Items

  • 2C Strawberries, sliced
  • 2C Raspberries
  • 1C Mint Leaves

Optional

  • Sugar Rimmer

Directions:

  1. To a large punch bowl, add ice, Sprite, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, Prosecco, strawberries, raspberries, and mint leaves. Stir to combine.
  2. Optional: In a small dish of sanding sugar, rim glasses with fresh strawberry and coat rims with sugar.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

The Irish Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Irish Whiskey
  • ½ oz Triple Sec
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 2T Lime Juice
  • Ice

Optional:

  • Rim Sugar
  • Green Food Coloring

  • Chill glass if desired.

Valentine’s Pink Moscato Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750ml) Pink Moscato
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Vodka
  • 2 cups Sprite (or club soda for less sweetness)
  • Ice

Optional:

6 – 10 large strawberries, sliced

Directions:

  • Combine the wine and vodka in a large pitcher. Add strawberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, add the Sprite (or club soda).
  • Serve over ice

 

Elderflower Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 16 ounces chilled Champagne or Prosecco
  • Mint Leaves (9-12)
  • Ice

Directions:

  • Add St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and mint leaves to cocktail shaker.
  • Muddle with the back of a spoon until the mint is slightly crushed.
  • Nearly fill with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Strain into glasses and top with Champagne or Prosecco.
  • Serve and enjoy! Makes 4 cocktails.
